This policy explains what information AdRevue stores, how connected platform data is used, and how to contact us about privacy requests.
AdRevue is operated by The Digital Firm Pty Ltd. It is an ecommerce ad intelligence and social publishing platform that helps users research ads, connect approved data sources, organize creative work, analyze performance, build reports, understand profit, and publish user-approved social content. We collect only the information needed to provide these services, secure accounts, and improve product reliability.
When you connect a third-party provider such as Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Shopify, Google Drive, or Zoho WorkDrive, AdRevue stores the authorization tokens and provider metadata needed to keep that connection working. We use those credentials only for features you activate and within the permissions you grant.
AdRevue accesses Google user data only after you choose a Google connection and complete Google's authorization flow. Google Drive read-only access lists and previews files from the folder you select for content operations. YouTube access identifies your selected channel, reads video metadata and aggregate analytics, and uploads a video only after you review and explicitly approve the upload. Google Ads access reads the customer hierarchy and reporting metrics you select; AdRevue does not use this connection to create, edit, or delete advertising campaigns.
We store encrypted access and refresh credentials, the selected Google account, channel or folder identifiers, and the reporting or resource metadata needed to provide these visible features inside your workspace. Google user data is isolated to the authorizing workspace. We do not sell Google user data, use it for targeted or personalized advertising, transfer it to data brokers or information resellers, use it to determine creditworthiness, or use it to train or improve generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.
Human access to Google user data is limited to circumstances where you give affirmative permission, where access is necessary to investigate security or abuse, where disclosure is legally required, or where aggregated data is used for permitted internal operations. You can disconnect a Google provider in AdRevue to stop future access and remove its local authorization credentials, revoke AdRevue from your Google Account permissions, or request deletion through our user data deletion page.
AdRevue's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
We do not sell personal information. We may use infrastructure providers, hosting providers, and software tools needed to run the service. We may also disclose information if required to comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect the safety and security of users and the platform.
We use access controls, encrypted transport, protected credential storage, logging, and operational safeguards designed to protect account and connected-platform data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we continually review and improve these controls.
We retain account and workspace data for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When a provider is disconnected, we stop using its credentials and remove or invalidate them through the applicable connection workflow. Users may request deletion by following the instructions on our user data deletion page.
We may update this policy as AdRevue and its integrations evolve. We will publish the current version and its updated date on this page.
