Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and The Digital Firm Pty Ltd, the operator of AdRevue. By creating an account, connecting a provider, or using AdRevue, you agree to these terms and to use the platform only for lawful business purposes.

Accounts and authorized use

Third-party integrations

AdRevue may connect to third-party services such as Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Shopify, Google Drive, and Zoho WorkDrive. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms, platform rules, permissions, and API restrictions. AdRevue is not responsible for changes, outages, or policy actions taken by those providers.

Content and publishing approval

You retain ownership of and responsibility for content you upload, save, sync, organize, analyze, schedule, or publish using AdRevue. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to use that content. You grant AdRevue the limited rights needed to host, process, display, and transmit it to provide the features you choose.

AdRevue sends social content to a connected provider only through a user-initiated workflow. You are responsible for reviewing and approving the video, caption, hashtags, privacy setting, schedule, and other publishing choices before submission.

Acceptable use

Availability and changes

We may update, improve, suspend, or remove features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access, especially where product functionality depends on third-party platforms and APIs.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using AdRevue and request account deletion at any time. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, connected providers, or the service; respond to unlawful activity; or address a material breach of these terms.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdRevue is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business interruption damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. The current version and its updated date will remain publicly available on this page.
